If you are a fan of Fem Fight Stories, you've no doubt visited the Stories Section of this web site. A lot of the writers are still active or simply just looking for that next inspiration for a story. I think I have just the inspiration they need.
It's been suggested that perhaps we throw on a bit of writing competition, open to anyone and everyone who can write femfight stories (we might find someone with some hidden talent out there!). The readers and fans will be able to vote for their favourite story and the winner walks away with well, everyone's sincerest adoration and recognition. All the others get to excercise their writing skills and the fans get their fun by reading them. Sounds simple right?
To make the playing level and simple for everyone, I will lay out the guidelines of what "MUST" be contained in the story. Everyone gets to write about the same thing but it's their imagination that will set them apart from the others. You can certainly ADD to the story, embelish it as much as you want, but you must stay with the guidelines.
If you have ANY questions at all about the rules, email me BEFORE writing your story. Don't ask me if you should write this way or that way but ask if this or that is allowed or not.
All entries must be submitted to me directly at in plain TEXT or plain HTML format (no backgrounds, no extra pictures etc, just the story plain and simple) by NO LATER THAN 01 MARCH 2001 at which date all stories get posted at the same time and fans get 3 weeks to read the stories and vote for their favourites. The results will then be tallied and posted to the website.
Authors who submit their stories MUST provide the following:
(A) Proper email address.
(B) Indicate if you want this address published.
(C) Provide a Pen Name or what name to be displayed with story
(D) Statement saying this is your story and not plagerized.
Now without further Adieu, here
are the submitted stories!
NOTE: several submitted stories were rejected because they did not comply with the set rules of the competition. I didn't realise that writing to such stringent requirements would prove to be so difficult to a lot of writers, that I have had to allow the "bending" of several points on two stories. You'll see which when you read them. Some of the rejected stories will appear in our next competition. Thanks again to all who submitted.
