Would-Be Queen-Bee Cowgirls Collide

Janet and Carla were two Hispanic sisters who had won the hearts of their little non-descript hometown -- Rock Springs, located in the western part of Wyoming -- by storm.

Janet was a 30-year-old, 5-3, 125 lb. part-time brunette model who resembled Rachel McLish but not nearly as tall or as buffed. She was in great shape due to her participation in recreational racquetball and powder puff flag football. One day, she enlisted in a small Denver independent professional wrestling league and actually -- despite limtied experience and very little training -- won a tournament to crown the promotion's women's champion. This brought a lot of media attention to her small burgh and also some unexpected revenue from businesses who had seen some nationwide stories about the hometown girl making good and fighting all odds to come out on top. Some companies felt to be located in the hometown of a real-life female Rocky would be good for business. So many came and, For this, her hometown was much appreciative.

Janet's sister, Carla, was 19 and stood at 5-1 and 110 lbs. with beautiful jet-black hair, beautiful brown eyes and a cute figure that made her a perfect fit on her high school cheerleading squad. Carla had followed in her big sister's footsteps by introducing a professional wrestling-style girl's wrestling team to her school. In fact, the girls on the team (mostly her fellow cheerleader squad members) held a female pro wrestling card at the school with Carla in the main event to raise funds for her high school class. The event was a huge success, though Carla was surprisingly defeated in her debut.

But despite Carla's loss, the fans loved the beautiful Hispanic sisters and honored them with a special night all their own. During that special ceremony, the city fathers presented the sisters with two "championship" wrestling belts and dubbed them as the Cowgirl Tag Team champions.

Almost everyone saw the titles as ceremonial until a fellow co-worker of Janet's heard about the titles and informed his girlfriend, a former streetfighter when she was in her teens. The woman, Teresa, was 5-2 and weighed about 145 lbs. with black hair and green eyes and a 40DD-28-38 figure that made her look like Dolly Parton before her diet from the neck down. Teresa knew a little about amateur wretling in addition to her streetfighting experience as she had picked up some basic holds while watching her boys high school wrestling team as a cheerleader. With that in mind, her boyfriend coaxed the attractive Hazel Park, Mich. woman into agreeing to challenge the sisters for the title.

Teresa's boyfriend recruited Anne, an attractive 35-year-old brunette who was 5-6 and 145 lb. and a former member of the U.S. Air Force, stationed at Lackland Air Force base in San Antonio, Texas. Anne, who looked like actress Julia Roberts plus about 25 pounds, had been beaten in three straight falls by Janet in the tournament where Janet won the pro wrestling promotion's championship. She was a friend of Teresa's boyfriend during her stay at Lackland and the two had become very close at that time. So when he asked Anne if she would team with his girlfriendand fight for the Cowgirl Tag Team titles, Anne was more than glad to both renew old acquaintances and get a chance to gain vengeance against Janet.

Both Teresa and Anne considered themselves "cowgirls" since Anne had spent some time in Texas while Teresa lived several years in Arizona. Thus, they saw themselves as eligible to wrestle Janet and Carla for the coveted Cowgirl Tag Team title.

Carla and Janet were surprised by the challenge but quickly accepted. A card which included Carla's female pro wrestling team from Rock Springs High School was put together -- which pleased the school girls a great deal because they all would be receiving checks for their their efforts since they were indeed participating on their first-ever professional wrestling card.

More than 3,000 fans jammed the Rock Springs Recreation Center paying $5 to $15 each to see the well-publicized bouts with the Cowgirl Tag Team Title up for grabs in the main event.

After five undercard matches where the high school girls performed exceptionally well despite limited training, it was time for the main event. Teresa and her partner Anne, the challengers, were introduced first to loud boos. Teresa came down in a homemade lowcut, micro-mini, one-piece cheetah-print outfit and was introduced as Teresa "Li'l Cheetah" since she saw herself as strong, ferocious, quick and powerful, being from the cement jungle of Detroit -- all traits that harken back to a wild cheetah. As "Li'l Cheetah" came down the aisle, she flirted with some male members of the audience, garnering more boos as she teased and flaunted her gorgeous 40DD-28-38 figure. Anne followed, wearing a one-piece red swimsuit with a look of surprise on her face. She was a good, sweet, All-American girl and was taken aback by the hostile reception she was receiving. But in this case, even Santa Claus would have been booed if he was part of a team going up against the popular hometown tag team of Janet and Carla.

Janet and Carla then came down the aisle to cheers from the capacity crowd that nearly brought the house down as the fans showed their support and appreciation for their favorites. Janet and Carla had huge smiles on their faces as they quickly jogged to the ring and waved to the crowd. Janet wore a one-piece black swimsuit and Carla wore a one-piece white swimsuit.

The bell sounded and it was Janet and Teresa who started the match. The two circled and crouched in wrestling stance. Janet and Teresa, with little pro wrestling training between them, immediately went for the hair with both hands, but Teresa -- going back to her streetfighting days -- pulled out her right hand, clenched her right fist and pounded Janet hard to the body twice!

Janet audibly groaned and brought her left hand down from Teresa's hair to protect her body from Teresa's punches. Teresa then backed Janet up toward the ropes and hit her with another hard body blow. Janet moaned loudly once again and out of sheer desperation, pushed up with her left hand to move Teresa away from her to escape and avoid those devastating body blows. Teresa's head was forced upward by this move and is forced to stop her attack on Janet's body so she can try to pull Janet's left hand from under her chin with her own right hand. This allowed Janet to pull Teresa around and back her into the ropes to gain a slight, momentary advantage!

Janet kept pushing with her left hand under Teresa's chin, cranking Teresa's head back and began to force Teresa over the top rope as the ref told the women to break it up since they were in the ropes!

But before they broke, Teresa pulled Janet's hand from under her chin and began to move away. However, Janet still had her right hand in Teresa's hair and bull rushed at her, causing the two to tumble to the mat!

The two rolled around towards Janet's and Carla's corner without realizing it, ensnared in each other's headlocks. But Teresa's previous fighting experience and aggressiveness again won out as she got a more secure headlock on Janet with better leverage, allowing her to gain control near the opposing corner! She worked Janet over in the headlock for a few moments, then suddenly rolled on top of Janet! She quickly grabbed Janet's hair with her left hand to steady Janet and keep her from rolling away and quickly pinned her left arm with her right hand as the ref got down on his knees, watching carefully for the pin and to warn Teresa about pulling Janet's hair!

Janet quickly realized she was in a dangerous predicament and was frantic to avoid being pinned and losing the belts for her team in front of her hometown crowd. Janet desperately began to kick and twist and arch her back as the ref gives her several two counts! Several times, she just about escaped to tag Carla but Teresa, at the last possible second, restored her advantage atop Janet, preventing her from tagging Carla and also keeping Janet in that pinning predicament!

Teresa continually tried to secure Janet's right wrist and bring her knees up to finish Janet off, but Janet still had lots of fight in her and battles with all that is within her until finally Teresa is able to get her gorgeous right knee atop Janet's pinned left arm -- which enabled her to grab Janet's right arm by the wrist and pin that as well!

Janet writhed, bucked and bridged in desperation but Teresa retained the pin! At times, it looked like Janet was close to wriggling away or tossing Teresa off, but Teresa was determined to maintain her pin on Janet and retained or restored her hold in secure fashion as the ref was down close, watching Janet's shoulders and delivering several two-counts in which Janet barely got her shoulder off the mat to avoid being pinned!

Finally, the weight of Teresa on top of Janet took its toll as the full brunt of Teresa's 145 lbs. across her chest began to inhibit her breathing! Janet's attempts to escape slowed down as she panted and gasped for air and it looked like the end for Janet as the ref began to count the final pin on the hopelessly trapped hometown heroine!!

But as the ref was about to hit his hand on the mat for the third and final time, Carla got on her knees and, in a very wise and resourceful move, reached through the ropes, extending her arm as far as it would go and touched her pinned sister's right hand! The ref saw it and stood up, slapping his hands together to signal a tag as the crowd roars! But Teresa, hearing the crowd reaction and seeing the ref slap his hands together but not seeing the tag, thought the ref was indicating that she had pinned Janet and won the match, so she got up and began to walk away with both arms raised in victory! Teresa then noticed that the ref wasn't raising her hand to proclaim her the winner, so she began to question the ref.

Meanwhile, Carla climbed to the top rope as Teresa's back was turned as she argued with the ref!As Janet rolled under the ropes and out of the ring, Carla lept from the top rope and hit Teresa with a flying elbow to the top of the head!

Teresa screamed in pain and grabbed the top of her head with both hands, stumbling towards her corner in a dazed and stunned fashion! Still holding the top of her head and staggering around, she came within tagging distance of her partner Anne, who quickly tagged Teresa and entered the fray as Teresa stood in the corner, still dazed and discombobulated! Teresa left the ring and stood on the ring apron as she was more concerned about regaining her senses than to continue arguing with the ref!

Meanwhile, Anne faced off with the much younger and smaller Carla. Anne locked her right arm with Carla's and effortlessly hip tossed her in a judo move she learned while in the Air Force as part of a mandatory self defense class. Anne pulled Carla up by the hair and once again hip tossed her, sending Carla to her back as the bigger Anne began to take control!

Anne pulled Carla up by the hair and hit her right in the throat with a tiger fist, driving the cute little Hispanic backwards toward the enemy corner! Anne pushed Carla the rest of the way into her and Teresa's corner! Anne then dove her first and second fingers into Carla's throat in an Iron Spike type of move, causing Carla's eyes to bug out and her mouth to hang open!

Janet became concerned for her sister and tried to enter the ring, but Teresa quickly got the ref's attention and pointed in Janet's direction and the ref went over and told Janet to leave the ring! Janet protested the attack on her sister's neck by Anne. But meanwhile, with the ref's back turned, Teresa entered the ring and both women double-teamed Carla -- Anne continuing to press in on Carla's neck with the Iron Spike while Teresa pummelled Carla's body with punches! Carla, with tears in her eyes, fell to her knees and then the two began to stomp her unmercifully until Carla lay on her back! Still, the two kept stomping on her until Janet -- seeing that she was doing more harm than good in arguing with the ref -- finally left the ring! The ref then turned and saw the brutal double teaming and raced over to the corner, demanding that Teresa leave the ring! Teresa left the ring, but then quickly tagged in!

Teresa pulled the hurt Carla up by the hair, linked her right arm in hers, and swept Carla's legs out from under her with her feet as she fell back, executing a great Russian Leg Sweep! As Carla lay on her back, stunned, Teresa lifted both hands high in the air and then suddenly fell to her knees as she drove and plunged both of her hands deep into the stomach of Carla, squeezing her belly in a deadly Double Stomach Claw!

Carla let out a blood curdling scream as Teresa tore away at her soft stomach muscles with all 10 fingers! Janet, responding in instinct, climbed into the ring to save her little sister but again the ref was there to block her way and ordered her to leave the ring! As Janet and the ref once again argued, Anne came in and kicked and stomped on Carla's ribs and chest as well as around Carla's abdominal area as Teresa continued to dig deep into Carla's soft stomach with her Cheetah-like claws!

Janet, again seeing she was doing more harm than good, scrambled away and allowed the ref to see the vicious doubleteaming of Carla by Anne and Teresa! The ref ordered Anne out of the ring and demanded that Teresa release her grip as Carla writhed and sobbed in the vicious double stomach claw! Anne reluctantly left the ring and Teresa finally released the hold when the ref began his five-count -- but she didn't release it until the ref had counted to four and didn't let go without pounding the stomach of Carla hard three times with her right fist, causing Carla to grab her stomach and roll over onto her belly out of instinct to protect it!

But bad move by Carla, as this allowed Teresa to mount Carla's back, grab her underneath the chin, and pull back with all her might -- trapping Carla in a reverse chinlock/camel clutch!

Carla's eyes bugged out in horror and agony as Teresa went for the submission, straining little Carla's neck and back to the breaking point! The ref quickly got in position and asked for Carla to submit! Carla began to tremble in the hold and it looked as though either her neck or back or both were about to snap as Teresa pulled back with all of her might!

Carla raised her right hand as though she was about to tap out and submit, but instead reached as far as she could for the nearby bottom rope! She was a few inches away, though, and with Teresa pulling back with all her might it didn't seem possible for Carla to scoot the few inches it would take for her to grab the ropes! By now, Carla's face was looking directly up into the ceiling lights and everybody in the auditorium was worried that Teresa might actually snap either Carla's back or neck -- or both! It looked as though Carla only had a matter of seconds before her spine or neck gave way to the brutal, ferocious and savagery of the Li'l Cheetah! But in one last, desperate attempt, Carla blindly raised her right arm in the air and blindly groped for the bottom rope like a drowning woman grasping for a life raft!

Luckily for Carla, with her entire body trembling from the intense pressure and excruciating agony being placed on her spine by Teresa's camel clutch, Carla felt the rope and then grasped it as hard as she could! The ref called for the break to the cheers of the crowd, which only moments ago not only worried about Carla submitting away the match and the belts but also fretted for her very life!

The ref called for the break, once again frustrating Teresa in her effort to gain complete and total submission from Carla. Teresa held onto the hold once again until four and then released it! Carla's face snapped into the canvas face first like a slingshot pulled back to its limits and then released! As Carla lay on her stomach, Teresa stood and gave Carla some hard stomps to the back and to the neck before walking over and tagging in Anne!

Carla was in real trouble now. Her body had been on the receiving end of a brutal stomach, neck and back attack from Anne and Teresa -- especially from the brutal streetfighting veteran Teresa. Thus, it was very important for the injured Carla to tag in her sister. But before Carla could even stir, Anne walked over, grabbed Carla by the ankles, and put her in a brutal Boston Crab! Carla screamed in agony, her back now hurting beyond description! But fortunately for her, she was still near the ropes and grabbed them quickly,

But Anne was privy to Carla's escape strategy and simply pulled Carla out to center ring by the ankles and put her back in the Boston Crab! The ref went to ask Carla to submit once again. Anne was facing Janet as she applied what she hoped would be the coup de grace to Carla and her sister's hopes of retaining their tag titles. Anne yelled at Janet, "Are you going to just stand there while I break your sister's back?"

The poor condition of her sister, the danger of Carla submitting and Anne's remark again drew Janet into the ring! The ref left Carla in her back-breaking predicament once again to keep the anxious Hispanic from interfering! Once again, this allowed Teresa to climb back into the ring and kick at Carla's back, head and ribs as Anne held her in the Boston Crab!

Janet once again left the ring and the ref turned and chased Teresa out as well! But as soon as the ref turned to deal with Teresa, Janet climbed back into the ring, followed him from behind and then hit Anne in the body with a fantastic spear, sending the unsuspecting Anne falling to her back!

Janet quickly grabbed her sobbing sister by the ankles and, as the crowd boisterously cheered the resourcefulness of Carla's bigger sister, pulled her sister back to her own corner and, just as the ref turned back to the action after getting a complaining Teresa to leave the ring, tagged Carla and came into the ring!

The noise of the crowd was deafening as Janet raced at Anne as she got up and dove at her, driving her down with a flying shoulder tackle! As Carla slowly crawled out of the ring in tremendous pain, Janet scrambled to her feet and caught Teresa as she entered the ring with a running forearm smash, sending Teresa through the ropes and onto the ringside floor!

Janet, venting her pent-up emotion and energy while drawing inspiration from her excited and now raucous hometown fans, grabbed a kneeling Anne from behind and put her in an armlock hammerlock, forcing her back to the mat face first! Janet then pulled up hard on that left arm, going for the hammerlock submission! Anne, fearing that Janet was going to break her arm, raised her right arm up to tap out but caught herself and instead sobbed, "No! No!" to the ref as he asked her to give up!

Janet had turned the tables on Anne and forced Anne to slowly crawl for the ropes! Anne's arm was near the breaking point as Janet made her pay and pay dearly for the cruelty she had shown her sister. Anne finally made the ropes, but as did Teresa, Janet held onto the arm-breaking hold until the ref counted to four, when she finally released it.

Anne stood and grabbed her shoulder as she slowly moved her arm and looked at Janet! But Janet's adrenaline was really flowing and the excitement being displayed by the crowd caused Janet to go right after Anne. Janet had no fear of Anne since she had beaten her before during the tournament while Anne was on the defense, having lost three straight falls to Janet in that fateful affair.

Janet quickly moved in and doubled Anne over with a punch to the stomach! She then pulled her to center ring, whipped her into the ropes, then quickly tagged in Carla, who came into the ring and caught Anne right in the throat with a flying clothesline, putting her down to the joy of the crowd!

Carla, still hurting from the previous beating, fell down and hit Anne with a head butt to the ribs! Anne moaned in agony as Anne grabbed her injured rib cage! Carla suddenly hooked Anne's left leg and got a two-count, but Anne moved her shoulder in the nick of time!

Carla pulled Anne up by the hair and whipped her into the Hispanic team's corner! Carla then raced at Anne and caught her with a flying knee to the belly! With the crowd going crazy, Teresa tried to enter the ring to help her partner but she caused her team to suffer the same fate as Janet did as, while the ref demanded she leave and got into an argument with Teresa, both Carla and Janet went to work on Anne's belly -- kicking and punching away in a vicious double teaming action that put Anne on her knees!

Teresa realized what was happening and quickly left the ring. Janet tagged in and pulled Anne to her feet by the hair! Janet tagged her younger sister, who had recuperated enough from her earlier beating to climb to the top rope and then drive a flying elbow into Anne's body as Janet held her up in a full nelson! Anne fell with a loud groan and Carla quickly grabbed her legs and somersaulted over into a rollup pin!

But the bigger Anne was able to roll away at two! Carla, went over to tag in her sister, but this allowed the hurting Anne to quickly roll toward her corner and tag in the rough, tough streetfighter -- Teresa!

The match was now where it started, with the toughest members of each team facing off against each other! Teresa wasted no time, getting Janet in a headlock and taking her down. Teresa began to work Janet over in that headlock, grinding away and weakening Janet as the ref checked to see if Teresa was moving the headlock into a choke. Teresa kept her arm around Janet's head in legal fashion while the ref was watching, but when he looked away to deal with the screaming Carla or Anne, Teresa would drop her arm down around Janet's neck and turn it into a choke hold, causing Janet to kick and thrash her legs!

This went on repeatedly for several minutes -- Teresa grinding away with that headlock and dropping it into a choke when the ref wasn't looking. Suddenly, Teresa switched from the headlock to a half nelson, rolled Janet onto her back, and as Janet kicked and struggled to avoid being pinned, drove two quick, hard closed fists to Janet's sternum!

Janet groaned loudly and closed her eyes! Teresa suddenly grabbed Janet by the wrists and schoolgirl pinned her, bringing her knees all the way up onto Janet's shoulders! Janet was hurt and it was only her tremendous determination and intestinal fortitude that allowed her to move her shoulder at the last millisecond to avoid the pin!

Teresa tried several times to schoolgirl pin Janet, but Janet always was able to somehow get her shoulder up just before the ref's hand came down for the fatal three count! Teresa then stood up, lept up in the air, and came down hard on Janet'sbadly beaten chest with a huge sitdown splash! Janet's legs kicked out involuntarily on impact as Teresa's posterior came down with Teresa's full weight on her chest! Janet let out a huge groan and then lay still on the mat! It looked like Teresa had her as Teresa leaned in, putting her full weight on the schoolgirl press! But again, at the last moment, Janet barely moved her shoulder off the mat at the last possible moment!

Teresa stood up to repeat the sitdown splash, lept high in the air and came down again! But this time, Janet rolled to her side to protect her chest! Teresa fell across Janet's hipbone, burting Janet but hurting her own posterior even more!

Before Teresa was up, Janet was crawling on all fours to tag in Carla! Teresa got up and tagged in Anne, who caught Carla right in the forehead with a forearm smash and then doubled Carla over with an elbow to the belly! A front kick to the groin area backed up Carla and it looked like Anne was in control again!

As the crowd booed, she grabbed Carla and moved her into her corner by the hair. She tagged in Teresa and the two went to work on Carla's body once again, kicking and pummelling Carla in the midsection until the ref gave them the five count! At four, Anne left the ring and now it was the brutal Teresa -- by far the most punishing wrestler of the four -- who took over on the smallest wrestler!

Teresa then began to really brutalize Carla, setting her up for the end! Keeping her in her corner, Teresa punched and kicked Carla in the midsection repeatedly while pulling her hair and ramming her head against the turnbuckle repeatedly! She also bit Carla on the ear, the nose, and even Carla's hand as she tried to push Teresa away! She also slapped her, eye gouged her, choked her and used every streetfighting tactic she knew to abuse poor Carla while just barely beating the ref's five count to break time and time again! Every once in awhile, while the ref wasn't looking, Anne would grab Carla around the throat from behind with her arm and choke away while keeping Carla in the corner! Anne also pulled Carla's hair from behind when the ref couldn't see her, again in an effort to keep Carla in the corner!

Happy with her work and confident that Anne could finish Carla off as the cute Hispanic had been reduced to a sobbing mess, Teresa tagged in Anne and nodded, telling her to finish Carla off! Anne nodded back and it looked like the end! Anne proceeded to monkey flip Carla into the center of the ring, but in a fantastic move Carla kept rolling and somersaulting into her corner and tagged her sister to the roar of the crowd!

Anne had been slowly walking toward the center of the ring to prepare to finish off Carla but stopped in her tracks when Carla made the surprising tag! With her little sister basically beaten to a pulp and crying openly, Janet knew she would be of no further help. Plus, if she was going to win the match, it would have to be here and now with Anne in the ring because thus far Teresa had been almost invincible!

Anne charged at Janet, who bent down and caught the unsuspecting Anne around the legs and then backflipped her over the top rope! Anne flipped over and landed awkwardly on her feet! Anne screamed out in pain and bent over, reaching for her left ankle that apparently had been sprained!

Janet came out of the ring, grabbed Anne by the hair and threw her head first into the ringpost near the corner! She hit Anne's forehead against the post several times! Annee fell to her back, crying and holding her ankle!

Teresa came over to help her partner, but Janet met her at ringside and the two rained down blows on each other as the ref continued to count! Meanwhile, Carla scrambled down to the hurt Anne, grabbed her injured ankle, and dropped an elbow on it! Anne screamed in agony and grabbed the ankle again! Carla climbed to the ring apron, extended her right leg, and then came down again with a guillotine leg drop right across Anne's injured left ankle! Anne screamed in pain!

Teresa began to back Janet up in the meantime, beating her in the chest with hard right hands! But Janet was able to keep Teresa away from helping her partner! Janet then seemingly ran away from Teresa, scooting under the bottom rope! But, though Teresa was getting the better of her, Janet's main reason for sliding under the rope was to stop the count and hopefully finish off Anne, whom Carla had just rolled into the ring!

Teresa chased after the retreating Janet, but the ref blocked her way and demanded she leave the ring! Anne was in the center of the ring, crying and holding her injured left ankle on her back! Janet raced at Anne, fell across Anne's right leg to immobilize it, and then as she lay across Anne's right thigh, grabbed Anne's injured left foot and viciously twisted it with all her might owtward, to the right and in a clockwise direction, putting pressure on the already hurt left ankle of Anne!! Janet had Anne in her Indian Death Ankle Lock -- the same hold she used to beat Anne with in the final fall of their tournament match!

Teresa had left the ring at the ref's behest and heard Anne let loose with a loud, ear-piercing shriek as Janet twisted her ankle with all her strength! The ref walked around Anne but didn't see any reason to ask Anne to surrender to a simple ankle lock. Neither did Teresa see any reason to rush in and save Anne since an ankle lock is a fairly simple hold meant mostly to control the opponent.

But Anne's left ankle had been softened up in the combined attack by Carla and Janet and Janet was using the hold as a submission move, twisting for all she was worth! Anne had a very worried look in her beautiful brown eyes as she tried to sit up and push or pull Janet off! But Janet simply twisted even harder, sending Anne back in the throes of agony.

The ref circled around in back of Anne as she writhed on the mat, trying to sit up but being forced back to the mat repeatedly by even harder and more forceful and violent twists of her ankle by Janet! Still oblivious to the pain Anne was in, the ref asked in passing, "Anne, do you give up?" He expected a refusal, but was shocked to hear Anne cry out, "Yes!"

The ref couldn't believe his ears! Had Anne given up to an ankle lock? Was it really that painful to her? Surely he had heard wrong! Surely Anne wouldn't submit to a simple ankle lock! The ref stopped circling around, knelt down and asked Anne again, "Anne, did you say you wanted to give up?" Anne, still writhing on the mat with pain and tears all over her face, yelled out, "Yes! Yes! I said I give up! I give up!"

And just like that, it was over!

The ref then pointed at the timekeeper, who rang the bell and the crowd exploded in cheers! Janet released the submission hold and stood up over Anne, raising her arms in the air as her sister raced into the ring and hugged her! The crowd was acting like their team had won the Super Bowl as Janet walked away from the sobbing Anne, who was holding her ankle with both hands! Janet nearly tripped over Anne and gave the woman's ankle one more swift kick in retribution for what she had done to her little sister. Anne let out another whoop of pain and rolled on her back, still in agony as she held her ankle!

The announcer said, as the crowd roared its approval and support for the triumphant Hispanic girls, "Yooouuurrr winners, in 14:57 with an Indian Deathlock Ankle Lock submission over Anne, and STILL Cowgirl Tag Team champions -- Janet and Carla!"

The crowd noise was a dull roar! Meanwhile, Teresa was still in her corner in disbelief over the fact that her partner had submitted! Teresa looked over to her boyfriend who got the idea for the match in the first place, pointed at the still sobbing Anne, and shouted, "What was that? Submitting to an ankle lock? What kind of garbage is that?" Her boyfriend shrugged his shoulders and Teresa angrily stomped down the aisle back to the locker room as the crowd razzed her for being on the losing team, leaving her beaten partner in the middle of the ring to fend for herself.

Meanwhile, Anne continued to roll around in pain until three trainers entered the ring and looked her ankle over. Anne pulled her ankle away at their slightest touch as the crowd continued to cheer Carla and Janet, who were perched on two separate corners and throwing kisses to their adoring supporters.

The trainers ultimately helped the sobbing Anne to the locker room, where Anne's condition was diagnosed as a severely sprained ankle. A cast was ultimately put on Anne's ankle -- an unwanted souvenir that the former Air Force servicewoman took home with her instead of the new jewelry she was hoping to leave Rock Springs with -- the Cowgirl Tag Team title.
