"Neon" clothing and black-lights can be used to create a certain ambience. See links below. Alternatively, white cotton clothing will usually glow under black-light.

Wrestlers begin with the same number of articles of removable clothing such as socks, stockings, arm warmers, etc. They may also agree upon fewer articles for one wrestler as a handicap, if desired.

Once a round begins, wrestlers must remove all of the agreed upon clothing from their opponent before any pins or submissions are allowed. Alternatively, just do the clothes removal and be done without further wrestling.

Repeat as necessary to complete a match.
