Wrestlers begin with the same number of items of clothing, or agree upon fewer items for one wrestler as a handicap.

After loss of a round, the wrestler must remove an article of clothing.

In a draw, both wrestlers lose an article of clothing.

- If only one wrestler has no clothing left to discard, that wrestler starts the next round in the "defensive" position. The other wrestler still loses an article of clothing, but gains the "offensive" start position in the next round.

- If both wrestlers have no clothing to discard, they continue to the next round as usual.

The wrestling competition continues until a naked wrestler is defeated. If both wrestlers are naked, consider an "organ grinder" (sex fight) round.

Stakes are always fun. Perhaps the winner gets a prize of their choosing from the loser…
