The crowd were buzzing two matches into the seven match tag tempest tournament and they were eager for more, next up were current number one contenders for the tag title the Sexy Schoolgirls Donna and Mandy Brown the sisters keen to stake the claim in their traditional school girl uniform causing the usual stir tied white blouses over black bras short black gym skirt over white knickers then black stockings and suspenders with white trainer style ankle boots, devilishly sexy. Their opponents the raven haired duo Sherri Pinnear and Kate Blackstone the so called Ravishing Ravens in vivid blue daringly cut swimsuits and matching wrestling boots they displayed quite an air of confidence as they clambered into the ring to meet the Northern sisters for a place in the semi final with Sherri ready to start against Donna.

The bell had the two grapplers circling warily Sherri by far the oldest fighter in the match used her experience and cunning to snare the youngest grappler into a neat headlock her 16 year age advantage put to good use. Leading the woman immediately across the ring she demonstrated good tag team technique as she started to work Donna over close to her own corner with knee lifts to the body having twisted slightly to allow her knee free aim at the folded woman’s body. Then a driven elbow between the shoulders dropped the woman to her knees while Sherri tagged Kate in, Ms Blackstone joining her partner as Sherri pulled Donna up in a half nelson exposing her to another thumping blow to the body as Kate thrashed her thigh into the woman. Sherri released her prisoner and left the ring under Kris’ warning count while Kate tossed Donna to the mat with a neat throw.

Ms Blackstone dropped to one knee behind the slow moving Ms Brown planting a knee between her shoulders and yanking back on her arms a painful stretch, Sherri called, “Rip her arms off!” as her partner controlled matters in the ring. Donna was shaking her head and started to rock making Kate switch holds taking the woman by the left wrist and hair to drag her upwards back towards the waiting Sherri but as the blonde reached her feet with the ravens aiming to slap palms she jabbed her stiff fingered right hand into the woman holding her indecently low and then pivoting on her left leg planted her right boot in the Afrikaans face as she was coming through the ropes a knee to Kate’s body left her on her knees while Sherri tripped and crashed to the canvas next to her partner with Donna escaping to tag in her eager to mix it older sister.

Mandy charged across the ring as Kate scrambled to her feet only to be scooped off her feet into a body slam back to the canvas before she turned to peel Sherri up in the same way before she too was slammed to the mat. On a roll Mandy thumped a thigh across Kate’s chest in a breast bruising leg drop before she rolled to apply a cross body pin hold on Ms Pinnear. Kris having bemusedly ordered Ms Blackstone out of the arena as there were two from the team in the ring although the single girl was handling them easily and she dropped to slap the mat but Sherri still had some wits about her and she hooked a boot over the bottom rope to break the count. Mandy hissed, “Lucky bitch!” as she went to her knees over the woman before she linked her own fingers to deliver an axe hammer blow to the woman’s body jack knifing her to a sitting position.
A back hander to the face sent her sprawling back to the mat and Mandy again fell across her for the pin attempt this time though it was Kate that reacted reaching to grab her partner’s hand calling the referee’s attention to the tag and Kris called the break. Mandy looked up in surprise at the call and collected a boot in the chest for her trouble as Ms Blackstone scrambled into the ring knocking her away from Sherri who was still on the canvas by the ropes before she rolled under the bottom rope as Mandy complaining rolled over with Kate after her. Ms Brown shoved upwards to tackle the woman as Kate made a grab for her and they tumbled to the mat a scramble of arms and legs slapping and hitting each other rolling to the ropes, Kate managed to straddle the woman smacking a forearm across her face but they were close to Donna who grabbed the woman’s long hair yanking her back and letting Mandy sit up slightly to club her forearm across the raven’s breasts knocking her from her perch.

Kris warned the sisters but Donna had already released her hold and Mandy sat up then pulled herself along the ropes to legally tap hands with her partner to tag her in to the contest. Donna quickly grabbed Kate who was getting to her feet pulling her into a side headlock and running the top of her head into the middle turnbuckle dropping back a pace and repeating the collision. A powerful elbow dropped the raven to the mat while Donna slapped palms with her sister a quick tag and Mandy joined her hauling Kate up into a powerful forearm to the upper chest before the younger sister left the ring. Mandy then dragged the woman from the corner and sent her spinning into a neutral corner for a heavy posting an action she repeated sending the woman speeding to the opposite corner spinning her such that her back took both heavy impacts and left her tottering unsteadily a long way from the safety of her partner and ripe for a scoop slam that dumped her back on the mat closer to the Brown’s corner.

Mandy tagged Donna, “Time for the Brown Bomb!” smirked the younger sister bouncing up on to the ropes as her sister stepped back blocking any rescue attempt from Pinnear and out of the way of Donna who launched herself from the top turnbuckle a flying body splash crash landing heavily across the prone form of Ms Blackstone and as Kate’s legs came up from the canvas she hooked the right one as she moved to a cradle pin with Kris slapping the mat and the third semi finalist was identified the Sexy Schoolgirls had won. Sherri had tried to pull herself into the ring but Mandy slammed into her sending her flying to the arena floor from the apron before she could interfere and it was the Brown sisters left standing triumphant in the ring slapping palms in victory the number two seeds were through to the next round.

The crowd were still buzzing the number two seeds had demonstrated good tag technique isolating an opponent and then tagging quickly to stay fresh working the woman over until she was unable to resist the pin attempt. Kate was still flat out on the mat as the sister’s slapped palms in triumph acknowledging the cheers from the crowds and prompting strong debate about their chances of winning the contest most expected them to reach the final and there they were likely to meet the reigning champions Black Velvet in a showdown for the belts. Fans were obviously not expecting the Roughouse Romanies or the winners of the remaining first round match to be a match for the seasoned teams and the bets that were being placed as the Brown sisters left the ring seemed to support that belief with most bets backing the top two teams.

The Celtic Clan – Sarah Frasier & Jenni Howard

The crowd were still buzzing about the Brown sisters victory in the third first round match when Kris Katt tournament referee called out the fourth contest, first to the ring the Celtic Clan the powerful looking but inexperienced tag team of Jenni Howard and self proclaimed number one title contender Sarah Frasier black halter tops and briefs with trademark tartan mini-skirts and patent leather boots gave them a menacing look as they climbed into the ring. Kris announced their opponents the new team of East meets West comprising the blonde Jackie Stephens and her partner the Asian lovely Pammi Khan the pair in silver swimsuits and matching boots looked good but everyone in the know knew that Frasier had demolished them both single handed recently and had posted embarrassing and humiliating pictures of the event on the internet the crowd gave the new team any chance at all as they slipped into the ring as Frasier scoffed, “You might as well take a seat Jen I can take these pair on my own just like last time!” prompting laughter and high fives between the confident Scots.

Jackie and Pammi conferred quietly before Kris called for the bell and Ms Howard left the ring, “Come on then bitch come for your beating!” scoffed Sarah beckoning Jackie forward but it was Pammi that stepped forward prompting the Scot to sneer, “Chicken!” before she squared up to the dusky skinned Ms Khan immediately locking up. Sarah twisted to slam her thigh to the woman’s midriff and then as Pammi folded forward she tossed her over her hip to the mat turning sharply to confront the blonde o the apron, “Daren’t face me eh loser?” she sneered at the woman almost collecting a punch in the face as the blonde reacted but she ducked it slamming her own fist at the woman’s groin. The blow slammed into the woman above the intended target as Sarah growled, “There’s much more to come sluggggggggh!” her snarl interrupted by a thumping blow to the back as Pammi landed a drop kick throwing her feet at the broad shoulders of the woman slamming her into the ropes and a forearm to the throat from the blonde outside the ring.

Sarah grabbed the rope to stop her bouncing back giving Jackie another shot with the forearm with the blonde screeching, “Bitch it’s payback time!” as the blow sent her hated rival staggering back from the cords into a roll up pin attempt from Pammi who grabbed between her legs pulling her over backwards into a roll up pin but Ms Frasier rolled further to break free and scramble across the ring to tag in her partner, Jenni hissed, “Stay focused you can beat her up in the ring!” as they passed a clear reference to Sarah’s intent for the blonde opposite. Pammi was on her feet to meet the woman and a conventional lock up followed and this time the Asian twisted applying an arm lock to the Scot following up with a sharp kick to the ribs as she pulled the woman’s arm out straight sending Jenni to one knee before Pammi twisted the arm to flip the woman to the mat and she went with her right foot finding Ms Howard’s arm pit as she converted the wrist lock into an arm bar. Jenni though pivoted and rolled free scrambling to her feet but on the wrong side of the ring as Pammi rose catching the Scot’s attention Jackie kicked her behind the right knee and she stumbled forward into a solid forearm to the upper chest from Ms Khan that sent her back to the corner and a wicked kidney punch from the blonde behind her as Pammi reached to tag her partner in before she body checked the Scot keeping her pinned while Jackie climbed through the ropes.
Jackie unloaded a lot of frustration on the trapped Scot shoulder was followed by clubbing forearms then knee lifts and thigh thumps as Jenni remained pinned in the corner the blond stepped back and allowed Jenni to dip forward into a crunching forearm to the chin that threw her back into the corner her arms flying back to hook over the ropes making Pammi duck as the blonde unloaded a lot of emotion into the blow. Sarah leapt into the ring and charged across the rosin with Pammi warning her partner allowing Jackie to turn and grab the sneak attack front on as Kris called, “Hey Frasier get out of it!” but Sarah had the red mist in her eyes and she hooked a punch at her hated enemy clubbing her about the left breast Jackie equally ferocious in her response a right hook to the woman’s left cheek snapping her head round as Sarah’s rush drove the pair into the ropes and stumbling away from the corner thumping at each other and grabbing hair.

Kris again warned, “Out of it Frasier, one, two, three” but Ms Frasier had lost it and she managed to trip Ms Stephens and they crashed to the canvas Sarah taking great relish from the knee she smacked into Jackie’s sex as they brawled on the mat. Kris completed the count, “Right Frasier your disqualified and she moved to pull the woman of the blonde as she grabbed Jackie by the throat and punched her in the face. Behind them Pammi slammed an elbow to Jenni’s head as the woman remained hooked in the corner before she turned to back the referee up as Kris resorted to grabbing Sarah by the hair to drag her off the blonde lying stunned on the canvas. “Get off me you bitch!” snarled Sarah as she was pulled backwards with Kris hissing, “You’re out of it get out of the ring.” But the Scot was kicking and snarling when Pammi stepped around the pair to slam a right hander at the woman’s jaw stunning her allowing Kris to pull the Scot around into a front face lock before she dropped to her knees slamming Sarah’s forehead to the mat a bull dog that rendered her stunned and under control.

Pammi pulled Jackie up towards their corner where she claimed a tag that Kris accepted as Jackie leant on the ropes leaving Pammi to kick Ms Howard hard in the guts folding her forward and into an inverted lift by the woman who fell back to deliver a pile driver to the weakened and stunned Scot. Jenni slumped to the mat and Pammi swiftly shoved her to her back to claim the pin and a sensational victory over the Scot’s quickly getting to her feet to join her partner lifting Jackie’s hand in victory despite the face the blonde looked a little groggy they quickly left the ring with generous applause following them and the crowd buzzing the angry intervention of Sarah Frasier had cost her team the contest and the two Scots looked stunned as they slowly regained their senses both on the mat in an empty ring Kris Katt the referee having followed the winners to the locker area to arrange the semi final matches.

The two Scots slipped from the ring Sarah demanding a rematch while Jenni complained about her lack of control a tag team in difficulties that needed the promoter Beaker to intercept and escort to their changing room from their route towards their recent opponent’s space. He only managed to calm the volatile Ms Frasier down by giving her some good news her claim to the title had been recognised she was officially the number one contender for the Ultimate Title and a five fall title match against the champion that at least made her retire from the scene peacefully but demanding he call that night to her hotel to confirm the title match details while Jenni was calmed down by a comforting cuddle after her partner went to the shower area, “Call me soon,” she asked, “I want to discuss an idea with you!” intriguing he mused leaving to return to the contest.
