      Wow.. For all you fans out there of classic style Pro Women's Ring Wrestling action, your wait is over! If ever there was a Keeper Tape, this IS the definitive tape. Don't hum and haw over it, this is the real meal deal.

      Can you tell I'm super impressed with this tape? You betcha. I've easily giving it the full 10 stars and then some! Why? I'm glad you asked. In the last few years I've been super disapointed with the big boy attemps on TV to bring us what most fans would call proper women's pro wrestling but instead they end up doing the annoying skank and spank tactics on the women, which for all intented purposes, cheapens the women's skills and abilities and detracts from what it is, pro wrestling. Yeah like *I* wanna see a Championship match determined by who can rip who's evening gown off. (there is a place and time for everything, but that's another thing =).

      Then, along comes this company from the USA called Ladysports who, for the past 10 years, have brought us classic pro women's wrestling the way it was meant to be. Yeah, they have the cheezy names, the drama story lines and the small arena rings but man, the talent at LadySports and PGWA has been top notch. On their roster that have the babes, the faces, the heels, the bruisers and the drama queens. And they have the skills and abilities to make it all come together like we seldom ever see anymore. Ladies and gentlemen, this is the real meal deal. Gotta love it..

      This past summer, the PGWA decided to put on a super duper summer event called SUMMER HEAT and brought along a fight card like none other, featuring no less than 16 pro women wrestlers. Some of these ladies are veterans to the sport but new to PGWA, or rookies new to the ring and to what awaits them in the ring. Tthe one comon link amongst them is that they all thirst for victory and are gunning for the win, submission or pinfall, or any other means available to them.

      What is also great about this video is that there is so little wasted reel time. It goes into the action and very little time filler wasting footage. There's a couple of cool segments featuring Princess Athena who is nefariously trying to take over the PGWA. She does a couple of skits with her 'man bitch' for the camera. Usually I frown on this stuff but she pulls it off nicely with her gorgeous looks and at ease acting abilities. yeah, nice on the eyes, hard on the pain!

      This "Video Review" is one set differently than the others because there are way too many things to report on, too many women, too many matches and hell, way too much action for one review to do it justice. But here are some of the highlights. But here, borrowed from the Ladysports website is the synopsis of the fight card:

• Camron Star using every dirty trick in the book to try and beat spunky Jenny Taylor!
  
• Amber O'Neal valiantly returning to the squared circle following major knee surgery...and Krissy 'Special K' Vaine insidiously trying to permanently cripple that knee!
  
• The latest chapter in the raging Christie Ricci/Persephone feud...and how Ricci managed to deliver a spanking to her rival not once, but twice!
  
• Mexican Luchadora Diana la Cazadora putting her Lucha Libre Femenil championship on the line against Nikki Roxx, with the young American giving the greatest effort of her career to topple the champ and win the belt!
  
• Bad girls Hailey Hatred and ODB wickedly doubeteaming Angel Williams and Venus repeatedly, but the heavenly duo heroically battling back time and again!
  
• Teenaged wildcats Dixie and Zip waging war in what might very well be the most extreme brawl in PGWA history!
  
• Diana la Cazadora again stepping between the ropes, this time to be met by perhaps the cruelest woman in the entire sport...Tasha Simone! And with the cunning Goddess Athena in her corner, there's nothing Tasha won't do to send the Luchadora back home to Mexico on a stretcher

      As soon as I saw this video being offered I picked up my copy and it sits in the head of my women's pro wrestling collection, even ahead of the JPL stuff... Ok, it sits with the JPL stuff (I'm a Pro Japanese Women's Wrestling fan as well!).

      If you're a women's pro wrestling fan who loves the hard hits, drama and action inside the squared circle, this is THE video to own.
90 minutes of pure mayhem! You can't go wrong!
