This is the controversial tape that everyone has been talking about in the newsgroups and in the business circuits about the match between the veteran scrapper Christine Dupree and Demi the Dragon from TanyaKicks. I won't be getting into the details of what happened there. The issue has been resolved amicably and we'll leave it at that! But to all fans, the match was superb between these two outstanding fem fighters.
We'll be looking at the 2nd match in this review (I have the library of pics ready to go for that one =). This is one hell of a match up between two ladies with hugely different backgrounds. Helen vonMott is one hell of a gifted athelete who practices a wide variety of combat disciplines but hasn't done a catfight up to that point. For this match up, they had to agree to some simple basic rules that she would not be applying "joint stress" holds for fear of permenantly injuring her opponent. Tanya on the other hand comes from a dedicated form of catfighting that gets in your face. She's rough, she's tough and she can take a lot of punishement before calling it quits. At first I thought "Poor Tanya, her ass is gonna get whipped".
This is the first time I get to see Helen on tape and I have to say I want to see more of this excellent entertainer! WOW! Not only has she got the build for this sport but she has a high entertainment value (this woman will not bore you with lazy silly holds). She has a very pleasant and quiet look about her that belies the dangerous animal lurking beneath. (she's pleasant on the eyes too)
The match starts off as usual with both women facing off and locking up. Usualy in a catfight match, there is a bit of slapping (ok a lot of slapping) but hey, what's a slap right? When you see the power these two ladies put behind their slaps, you start wincing at every swing! Both ladies definetly show a lot of red skin even early on in the match.
Tanya puts up a great fight, she takes top position over Helen right away and lands a few good smacks to Helen's cheek. Since Helen is dressed in a T-Shirt and track pants while Tanya is dressed in a thin camasol, she decides to go right for Helen's top. Tanya reaches down to bite the colar off the T-Shirt to get it to rip easier but she is stopped dead in her tracks by a couple of huge slap from Helen. An exchange of slaps puts Tanya on the defensive right away.. Tanya figures she's going to let Helen carry her weight and tire Helen out, a classic strategy. Unfortunately, you start to realise that this doesn't seem to phase Helen at all since she's locked on a vise-like body scissors on Tanya and has her where she can keep her eye on Tanya.. Her eye, hand, nails... ouch! Tanya spent a lot of the match trying to cover up since Helen expertly searches out for bare skin and starts wailing on that. Tanya desperately realises she is in for a wolrd of hurt and starts working out a plan. You can actualy see the tactics change at a certain point.
Give it to Helen though, she really takes this new genre of femfighting to a new level with her trash talk. Yeah, we all heard the gals call each other slut, bitch blah blah... Helen on the other hand taunts her oppoent in an excellent way. You have to see it to enjoy it. She really enjoys this match with Tanya, confident that Tanya can't hurt her much. hehe what's a catfighter gonna do to her anyway, right?
WRONG! Tanya, quick to explore Helen for weaknesses, targets the one area Helen is probably not use to having attacked. Her breasts! Everytime Tanya muckles onto her breasts, Helen lets out a howl and a grimace, indicating real pain. Tanya doesn't easily let go, she doesn't dare let go! But unfortunately for Tanya, Helen bears the pain and slaps her way out. The one thing you see through the match is Tanya trying to get Helen topless so she can do real damage to those two vital and lovely weak point. You can almost see it in Helen's face when she doesn't get the same results when she crushes Tanya's breasts in return. Back to heavy hard hitting slapping to break Tanya's hold.
Look, it's hard to put into words what happens next in a few scenes. Helen goes into a wild woman mode and taunts Tanya to hit her in the face, "Hit me in the face, HIT ME!! I LOVE IT!".. Talk about a woman possessed! Tanya of course obliges her with a few hits but Helen easily counters Tanya. One of hilarious points is where Helen has Tanya pinned and trapped under her and tells Tanya to look up; "look at me, look me in the face now!" and when Tanya does, Helen spits in her face and rubs it in to clean Tanya's running mascara. Helen is the best in this area! As Eve Ellis is tops at wails and moans, Helen is top notch for "trash talk and comments during a fight" There are so many moments during this match up that I will leave the best ones for you to see for yourself. (Wot, you thought I was going to tell you everything that happened?)
I'll tell one thing though, I was worried at one point during the match that I thought someone might have gone too far with the fighting.. Tanya flails at Helen to break a painful hold and nails her in the mouth with a fist. Helen's look and tone changed when she asked Tanya if she wanted to change the rules.. I'm sure Helen took it as an accidental hit (or deep desperation with a warning) and changed mode once more into the playful taunting femfighter bringing a world of hurt onto poor Tanya. Either way Tanya is in trouble!
I'll stop here with the blow by blow description because I can't do this tape the true justice it requires. All the people who saw TanyaKicks' Silk Stockings thought that it was a superb match (and it still is!) soon turned and said that this latest tape is so wild it will be hard to surpass in the future. I am not a true catfighting fan but man-o-man this was well worth ordering.
I can only hope that in the future we'll be able to see Demi take on Helen. But you know what? (this is a bold faced challenge to Demi :) I don't think Demi is tough enough to take on Helen. Nope nuh-uh...
As with every tape, Tanya has an after fight interview. With all the pain and suffering happening in this match it's nice to see both women casualy discussing their performance. While one is nursing an injured wrist with ice and the other looking like a truck ran over her (and backed up again) you certainly see that they both truely enjoyed the encounter. You can see the genuine respect each has for the other and her abilities. Helen walks away with a better insight towards catfighting from one of the best and Tanya certainly learned some hard earned lessons. Yes, I believe Helen will be back. She looked like she enjoyed herself too much not to come back. Tanya vows she will not lose if they hook up again. This will have to be seen.
I ranked this tape as a 10 star PLUS without reservation. As Tanya says on her site about Silk Stockings: "Not for the "slap and giggle" catfight fan. This real catfight may be my best yet!!" and I have to disagree! that WAS your best fight until now.
Catfight fans, you will not be disapointed with this tape!
